Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
Return: If you do not like the scent of a product you have purchased, we do not accept returns on scented products, this is due to the personal and sensitive manner of the products we produce.
Refunds: If a product shipped becomes damaged through the delivery process, we will issue a refund. Please submit pictures of damaged contents and shipping label. Please contact us immediately at mjoworkx@gmail.com. The refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. This may take some time for your credit card or bank to process and post your refund.
Lost Packages: We do not offer refunds on lost packages. Packages have insurance included. Please use your USPS tracking number to file a claim at USPS or UPS.
